| Artwork is airbrushed with oil based enamel. All leather artwork is an original painting. Leather is cut and strung onto a handmade frame. Ovals are one solid piece for added strength. Rectangular frames are constructed from recycled wood and consist of 24 pieces. I create each piece so that the leather and the painting become one. |

| Airbrushing on leather allows the paint to go on softly and you do not get the thick paint look that can crack or split. The leather I use the most is pig skin. It is a softer leather and stretches easily for stringing the canvas. Since I am a working studio, most all of my work is commissioned pieces. I paint on other leathers such as deer and elk.I have painted on quite a few leather jackets and even leather suits.
